What You’ll Do
- Develop and Manage Key Partnerships: Foster close relationships with partners, creating avenues for new business and revenue growth.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work seamlessly with various internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Finance, ensuring alignment and synergy in our partnership efforts.
- Utilize Your Skills: Apply your sales acumen, interpersonal abilities, analytical thinking, and organizational skills to excel in this role.
- Direct Reporting and Strategic Influence: As an individual contributor, you’ll report directly to the Senior Manager of Partnerships and Business Development within the Sales organization, playing a key role in shaping our partnership strategy.
Must Have
- Experienced in Sales and Partnerships: Bring a rich blend of experience with at least 5 years in relevant roles, including a focus on partnerships (2+ years) and sales (3+ years in roles like SDR or AE).
- Goal-Oriented Achiever: A history of exceeding revenue targets, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth.
- Communication and Organization Pro: Exceptional at both verbal and written communication, coupled with superior organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy Self-Starter: Comfortable with sales technologies (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce), and a motivated individual who takes initiative.
- Orum Values Aligned: A genuine resonance with the core values of Orum.
- SaaS Background: Previous experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS)

- Tech Tools Acumen: Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management and Account Mapping Solutions.
