- Ability to prepare and serve coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment, and standards.
- Awareness of allergen procedures.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organisation in line with cleaning schedules, company standards, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) standards.
- Ability to follow health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to use till systems for taking payments and customer orders.
- Ability to provide customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks.
- Share the story of the menu and provide recommendations to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
