Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of administrative or office support experience.
  • Two to four years of administrative experience is listed as a desired qualification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to use general office equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to meet applicable background-check and, where designated, drug-testing requirements.
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio are identified as ideal.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive administrative support.
  • Manage sensitive information.
  • Coordinate senior leadership priorities and support decision-making.
  • Provide clerical support, correspondence, and office coordination.
  • Support daily office operations and team operations.
  • Support program operations for Department of Energy clients and related federal energy and nuclear-sector engagements.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals across the firm's global competencies.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of the company.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two to four years of administrative experience.
  • A degree is preferred.
  • Relevant federal energy and nuclear-sector experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
