Requirements
  • Graduated in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related career.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in continuous improvement and project management.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or others.
  • Be organized and have analytical ability, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient execution of maintenance services for the company's different areas.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and productivity of production lines by carrying out maintenance activities and appropriately using machinery and equipment, in accordance with industrial safety, food safety, order, and cleanliness standards.
  • Comply with all requirements of the Food Safety Management System (Good Manufacturing Practices, Prerequisite Programs, HACCP/HARPC, and Food Defense) and report any condition that could compromise the safety of products manufactured at the plant, ensuring compliance with the objectives of the Food Safety Management manual.
