Responsibilities
- Provide customers with menus.
- Focus on guests during service hours.
- Greet guests and present menus.
- Make suggestions based on guest preferences.
- Take and serve food and drink orders.
- Arrange table settings.
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
- Deliver checks and collect payments.
- Cooperate and communicate with serving and kitchen staff.
- Adhere to relevant health department rules and regulations and customer service guidelines.
