Vendor Performance Manager

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product adoption goals. Own the end-to-end commercial performance of a multi-million-dollar portfolio by diagnosing growth drivers, mitigating churn risks, and designing scalable sales strategies.
• Drive rigorous sales pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy. Analyze conversion funnels across customer lifecycle stages to identify bottlenecks, optimize pitch cadence, and maximize business generation per lead.
• Elevate vendor sales leadership and frontline sellers from transactional pitching to high-impact consultative selling. Coach on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, pitch structure, and the Google Ads product suite (e.g., Performance Max, YouTube, Smart Bidding) to maximize customer ROI.
• Lead high-stakes weekly/monthly business reviews with senior vendor sales executives. Effectively coach partners to consistently hit quota.
• Translate quantitative data signals, campaign performance data, and market trends into actionable growth pipelines and scalable go-to-market plays across the region.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
  
• 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing or accelerating sales portfolios across regional/international markets within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record of orchestrating portfolio turnarounds, exceeding business generation quotas, and inspiring high-velocity inside sales teams to drive consultative customer value.
• Robust working knowledge of core Google Ads solutions including Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Demand Gen, with a proven ability to map customer-centric business objectives to the optimal product adoption and maturity journey.
• Ability to synthesize complex, high-volume performance data into actionable sales playbooks and executive growth roadmaps.
• Strong command of structured sales methodologies, complex pipeline mechanics, lead-to-opportunity conversions, and objection handling.

As a Vendor Performance Manager (VPM), you are a sales operations leader operating at the frontline of Google’s scaled growth engine. You will own and steer multi-quarter business delivery across high-velocity sales programs by partnering with vendor sales leadership, guiding consultative sellers, and driving full-funnel sales excellence.

In this role, you will transition seamlessly between macro-level sales strategy and tactical pipeline acceleration. You will act as an autonomous business owner—analyzing high-volume pipeline dynamics, shaping commercial sales motions, unlocking market opportunities, and driving product adoption across Google Ads, YouTube, and automated solutions. Your leadership ensures our extended sales teams deliver high-touch consultative value, customer return on investment, and consistent, scalable business growth.

This role is aligned to the AMER market and will require working non standard hours.
