Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Tampa awarded Ricondo a $16.025 million master-plan contract on August 6, 2026.
  • SFO renewed Ricondo for five-year planning and NEPA work in February 2026.
  • Dallas extended Ricondo through June 2026, and Houston retained on-call planning in 2025.

What critics are saying

  • Public airport procurement concentrates revenue, so a single rebid loss can erase years of work.
  • SFO, Tampa, and Dallas all use five-year or annual extensions, inviting margin pressure.
  • HNTB, Landrum & Brown, and ESA attack Ricondo's core airport-planning and NEPA contracts.

What makes Ricondo & Associates, Inc. unique

  • Ricondo focuses on airport planning, NEPA, and aviation finance, not generalist consulting.
  • It holds embedded, on-call roles with Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, and Tampa airports.
  • Its V3CTOR quality process and technical breadth support master plans, phasing, and simulations.
