Required Skills
  • 8+ years experience in a management or leadership position working in financial services, fintech, payments or a related space within a fraud operations organization
  • Previous experience in fraud investigations with a background in operations
  • Experience scaling and building operational teams, including people, processes, program, and tooling
  • Strong leadership, influencing, motivating, and decision-making skills
  • Results-driven with a forward-thinking mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop and articulate a vision & strategy, communicate strategic direction
  • Analytical skills to formulate actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Lead, influence, and own strategy, outcomes, and execution for the Fraud Operations team
  • Ensure team meets service level commitments and maintains high quality levels through proactive monitoring and continuous process improvement
  • Provide ongoing reporting, visibility, and accountability around team performance measures
  • Establish and reinforce an analytical and data-driven culture within the team and across the company
  • Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture within the team
  • Leverage and grow an effective vendor network strategy for outsourcing high volume work
  • Provide thought leadership and support for new products, market entries, and expansion of consumer services
  • Ensure strong communication and transparency to stakeholders around roadmaps, performance, key issues, and emerging risks
  • Assess and ensure effective policy governance and process documentation over activities within Fraud Operations
  • Provide reporting to relevant committees and forums to understand key risks and performance outcomes
