Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a Senior Product Manager level at a high-growth technology company.
  • A demonstrated track record of owning and successfully launching complex new products, ideally in fintech, financial services, or data-intensive domains.
  • Experience building products that handle sensitive data with rigorous security, compliance, and access control requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, data pipelines, and architecture while maintaining focus on the customer problem.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • The ability to operate with clarity and conviction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong product sense and a high bar for quality while maintaining awareness of the broader product strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for a new product from concept through launch and scale, translate the opportunity into a clear roadmap, and drive organizational alignment.
  • Lead new product development across customer and market discovery, scoping, prioritization, iterative building, and go-to-market readiness, making decisions amid uncertainty.
  • Work with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to align every work stream.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams and leadership to translate new capabilities into positioning, sales enablement, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Establish metrics for product health, adoption, and impact; use data to drive iteration and build feedback loops that keep the team focused on priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers working on implementation to executives making strategic decisions.

  • Familiarity with lending technology, origination platforms, or financial data infrastructure.
  • Exposure to platform or application programming interface-driven product development in an enterprise software-as-a-service context.
