Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with audio visual technology, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing equipment, including cameras, microphones, and control systems.
  • Experience with audio visual equipment, including projectors, screens, and sound systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and equipment checks, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with video conferencing equipment and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as IT and Facilities, to ensure that all technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support for corporate events, which can be hybrid or in-person, including setting up and operating audio and video equipment.
  • Install and configure audio visual equipment, such as projectors, screens, and sound systems, to ensure high-quality presentations.
  • Facilitate video conferencing connections and webinars to ensure seamless communication between remote participants.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and third-party vendors to understand technical requirements and ensure that all necessary equipment is in place.
  • Operate audio visual equipment during events, including switching between presentations, adjusting audio levels, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Provide technical support to presenters and participants, as needed.
  • Some oversight of Audio Visual support contract labor.
  • Collaborate with Nike's Audio-Visual team to ensure that our audio-visual systems meet Nike's standards and best practices.
  • Test new audio-visual products and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Bring new ideas and suggestions for improving our audio-visual systems and services to the team and management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in audio visual technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.
