Sales Representative
About the job
- Three to five years of sales experience within the Graphic Arts industry, Chemical/Milling, or the metals or chemical industries.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce is a plus.
- An understanding of graphic arts, metallurgy, chemistry, etching, embossing, and/or foil stamping is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from a four-year college is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels, from top decision makers to operators on the floor.
- Ability to create and execute a plan within the territory.
- Provide sales and technical support to customers in metal engraving environments, including distribution networks and individual customers.
- Identify sales opportunities across the full range of the company's product lines, including Graphic Arts and Wrought products.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide related products to satisfy those needs.
- Identify new markets, products, and customers within the East Coast territory and assist the business development department in cultivating new sales opportunities.
- Plan, schedule, and execute sales call strategies to maximize contacts and results.
- Assist in planning and forecasting sales within the territory and developing plans to reach sales goals.
- Travel up to 50%.
