- Deploy and implement retail standard operating procedures and standards across all ZEISS Vision Centers.
- Drive consistent adoption of standard ways of working across stores, monitor adherence, identify execution gaps, establish and replicate best practices, and continuously improve procedures based on store feedback and business requirements.
- Own tracking and performance reviews of key retail indicators, and analyze footfall, conversion, average transaction value, revenue per store and employee, product mix, frame-lens attachment, premiumization, brand and category mix, net promoter score, and returns.
- Benchmark stores against the network and top-performing stores.
- Identify underperforming stores, indicators, and categories; conduct root-cause analysis; develop structured improvement frameworks with actions, owners, and timelines; and work with partners and store teams to implement corrective actions.
- Track the impact of corrective actions, ensure improvements are sustained, and scale successful interventions across the network.
- Serve as the interface between Vision Centers and Marketing, Training, Device/Technology, and other functions; translate store requirements and performance gaps into cross-functional actions, align functions to store and business priorities, and drive closure of operational and capability gaps.
- Evaluate whether cross-functional interventions produce measurable store improvement.
- Identify store team capability and behavior gaps; partner with Training to deploy relevant interventions and monitor their effect on execution and performance indicators.
- Support stores with playbooks, tools, coaching frameworks, and standard practices.
- Drive consistency in the consumer journey and experience; monitor adherence to eye-test, consultation, and selling standards; identify friction points affecting conversion and customer experience; and partner with relevant functions to improve customer experience and net promoter score.
- Maintain a retail excellence dashboard, prepare regular performance reviews covering results, causes, and required actions, track action plans through closure, and provide management with insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Retail management experience is preferred.
