Requirements
- Higher vocational training in Construction, Civil Works, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience supervising civil construction projects, such as roads, bridges, or hydraulic infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of interpreting plans, measurements, and budgets.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in the construction sector.
- Ability to lead, organize work, and solve problems.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency with office software tools, including Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Availability to travel and work at different project locations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of site personnel and subcontractors.
- Interpret plans, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with execution deadlines and the assigned budget.
- Implement and enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
- Manage quality control of materials and work execution.
- Prepare progress, incident, and material-control reports.
- Resolve technical and operational problems arising during project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with site management, clients, and suppliers.
- Control the use and maintenance of machinery and equipment on site.
