About the job
- Hold a DEC or AEC in computer science/informatics and have at least one year of relevant experience, or hold a DEP in computer science/informatics and have at least three years of relevant experience.
- Have experience providing onsite IT support.
- Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and the Windows environment.
- Have knowledge of Active Directory and Azure.
- Have knowledge of local networking and connectivity.
- Be eligible for a government security check.
- Be available to travel to different establishments.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents that require a physical presence.
- Install, configure, and replace workstations and peripherals.
- Participate in technology deployment projects.
- Install software and applications.
- Help users learn to use new equipment.
- Document interventions in the GSTI tool.
- Manage access in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot mobile equipment and hybrid environments.
- Participate in technology upgrade activities.
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and security teams.
- A valid driver’s license is considered an important asset.
