About the job
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working chairside as a Dental Assistant is required.
- Current X-ray certification is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible local and out-of-state travel schedule is required.
- Conditional employment requires completion of a background check, including a criminal record check, and drug screening.
- Employment verification is conducted through E-Verify.
- Provide chairside dental assistance in alignment with clinical protocols and industry standards.
- Support dental teams by ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent patient care.
- Assist with equipment setup, sterilization, and inventory management.
- Travel to various sites to provide consistent, high-quality support to dental staff and patients.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and compliance standards.
- Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus but is not required.
