Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for driver-facing applications, including native mobile apps, web apps, and customer white-labeled apps, and contribute to the site host experience when features impact both drivers and site hosts.
  • Serve as the resident expert on the charging experience, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape for drivers.
  • Champion the electric vehicle driver's perspective and emphasize the value of a growing driver group to commercial customer success.
  • Work with Product Operations and Engineering to treat data as a first-class citizen and empower analytics and reporting.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions that make home and public charging seamless for users.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Continuously refine the product vision and strategy to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Deliver iterative, incremental improvements while working toward long-term strategic goals.
