Requirements
At least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience is preferred.
Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent readiness.
Attention to detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents.
Ability to perform light maintenance.
Ability to communicate with residents, management, vendors, and contractors.
Responsibilities
Perform final preparation and small repairs in luxury apartments.
Repair drywall.
Perform paint touch-ups.
Change doors and locks.
Perform light plumbing and electrical work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications

Ability to consistently display a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
