The Role
Flock Safety is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to deliver value and an exceptional experience at scale. The Local Markets TSM will work as a trusted advisor to Local Law Enforcement Agencies across America, focusing particularly on agencies with 25 or fewer officers.
This is a fully remote position. This role will require exemplary time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, critical thinking, start-to-finish ownership, a passion for building strong relationships, a desire to solve customer problems, and effective communication throughout every interaction.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage the entire sales process (prospecting, qualifying, positioning, closing, and supporting client onboarding) from beginning to close.
- Meet (or exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Start and nurture strong relationships with local law enforcement within your territory.
- Build a pipeline of leads across multiple territories.
We’re looking for people who:
- 2-3 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on software sales.
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory.
- Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory.
- Able to quickly digest and learn technical products, and become the subject matter expert for your clients.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Energized by solving customer’s problems- e.g. consultative sales approach.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment.
- Startup experience is a plus.

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a base salary of $75,000 and OTE of $187,400, stock options, and uncapped commissions!
