Requirements
- Radiology Technician certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists is required.
- At least 1 year of radiology or imaging experience is required.
- Proficiency with diagnostic imaging equipment is required.
- C-Arm experience is required, or the candidate must be willing to learn it.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for imaging.
- Perform diagnostic imaging, including X-rays and C-Arm fluoroscopy, as directed by the provider.
- Accurately document imaging procedures in the electronic medical record.
- Clean, maintain, and safely operate imaging equipment.
- Assist providers by reviewing images and preparing necessary imaging documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Support patient flow and assist clinical staff as needed.
- Act as a professional liaison between providers and patients.
