Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ Years in 2LOD risk management, compliance within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of banking products, processes and regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a group under minimal daily direction
  • Intellectually curious. You adapt to change, embrace bold ideas, ask questions, test assumptions, and challenge conventional thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency in data analysis and deriving meaningful insights for decision-making

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reputational risk management framework aligned with the organization’s risk appetite and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of reputational risks, including analyzing internal and external factors that may influence the organization’s reputation.
  • Collaborate with business units to establish key indicators (KRI’s) and metrics to monitor and report on reputational risk exposure.
  • Provide guidance and oversight on reputational risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies across the organization.
  • Lead the development of crisis management plans and communication strategies to address reputational issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks that could impact the organization’s reputation.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on reputational risk management best practices and protocols.
  • Work closely with senior management and the risk management team to ensure alignment of reputation risk management efforts with overall risk management strategies.
  • Participate in cross-functional risk committees and working groups to enhance risk governance and promote a culture of risk awareness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership on reputation risk exposure, mitigation efforts, and key risk trends.
