Responsibilities
  • Deliver written communication that explains how Consent Order (CO) will be closed by engaging with partner teams on the communication strategy and own the development of communication.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Ensure that data is summarized and communicated in a clear and concise manner that tells the right story about complex and critical information to senior management, review and challenge teams, partner/stakeholder teams, and regulators.
  • Provide oversight of the Business- and Risk-Critical Consent Order Gap and Milestone reporting and program management process and various other senior leadership reporting processes. Ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the reporting and program management process.
  • Support (both Product Management and CO deliverables) tasks across independent reviewer requests, Internal Audit validations + CO closures, Metrics, Issue Coordination, organizational readiness.
  • Manage individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination, and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
  • Provide implementation / post-implementation project support.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members.
  • Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly.
  • Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
