Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the overall operations of the Truck Services department in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and train staff while promoting teamwork, accountability, and excellence in customer service.
  • Monitor workflow and support troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and safety standards are followed.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering, ensuring services are performed timely and accurately.
  • Engage with customers to address concerns and provide prompt solutions.
  • Support financial goals by monitoring expenses and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Perform the duties of the Truck Services Manager in their absence.
Desired Qualifications
  • A degree in management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory role in a truck service or automotive environment is preferred.
