- Three or more years of successful business-to-consumer sales experience.

- Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations; assess customer needs, explain pool ownership features and benefits, create custom pool designs using Pool Studio software, and present solutions using approved sales techniques.
- Develop accurate pricing and proposals using the Retail Cost Breakdown methodology and price book standards; consult the Regional Sales Manager when pricing is outside company guidelines.
- Manage the full sales cycle and appointment workflow, including running assigned appointments, coordinating availability and scheduling, following up with prospects, and scheduling follow-up appointments until the sale closes or the prospect is no longer active.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management data and reports, update customer information daily, track appointment and sales status, manage follow-up timelines and sale-to-dig projections, and prepare activity logs, sales disposition reports, and goal-tracking reports.
- Build and expand a local referral network through club memberships, relationships with landscapers, builders, and related businesses, and identification of new sales prospects.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by contributing local market insights, assisting with sales presentations and collateral materials, and participating in seminars, trade shows, telemarketing, and other promotional events.
- Meet monthly with the Regional Sales Manager to review progress against individual sales plans, evaluate results, and implement corrective actions as needed.
