R Systems international rose up to 17%: announced strategic acquisition of Novigo Solutions.
Novigo’s revenue grew at a compound annual growth rate of 44% for over 3 years with 25% EBITDA margin and healthy cash flow, stated the company in its filing.
Blackstone's portfolio company, R Systems, has acquired Novigo Solutions. This acquisition enhances R Systems' capabilities in product engineering and full-stack Agentic-AI. It allows for the engineering, deployment, and management of AI agent fleets on a single governed platform, facilitating compliant and autonomous workflows.
R Systems International is set to acquire Novigo Solutions for up to ₹400 crore. This strategic move combines their strengths in digital engineering, creating a platform with annual revenue of approximately ₹20,600 million (~$240M) and ₹3,800M (~$45M) EBITDA. The acquisition, which includes an upfront cash payment and stock consideration, is expected to be EPS accretive from year one. It enhances R Systems' presence in the Middle East and expands delivery capabilities in Bangalore and Tier 2 cities.
