Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
  • 3 years - Experience in the healthcare industry required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strong strategic planning, change management, and process management skills
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Commercial health management products or creating, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness programming required
Responsibilities
  • Communicating effectively with clients to build long-term relationships to drive wellness solution strategies that help clients achieve their corporate wellness targets
  • Providing ongoing expertise and consulting to client group leaders and stakeholders regarding all aspects of wellness initiatives, programs, evaluation and promotion strategies
  • Working directly with customers to analyze data, design wellness program solutions, promote engagement, and evaluate effectiveness
  • Monitoring client-specific wellness goals, objectives and performance, and identifying trends and opportunities specific to each client
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Up to 50% travel required
