Requirements
  • At least 3 years of marketing operations experience
  • Ample experience using modern marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot
  • Systems-oriented
  • Business acumen
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools
  • Strong bias toward speed and execution
Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and distribute SOPs for ongoing, repeated processes and tasks
  • Work with Inbound sales team to improve lead quality and strategic inbound processes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy and campaign testing
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Work closely with the events/partnerships manager to create landing pages & implement AE lead distribution process
  • Manage integrations between software tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Salesforce, and advertising networks
  • Own marketing attribution across the full marketing funnel
  • Maintain clean & efficient database segmentation for all stages of the funnel
  • Conduct campaign ROI analysis regularly and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Fully own reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization on marketing performance
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking on all digital assets
  • Build, implement, and improve inbound lead-scoring strategy
  • Manage properties within HubSpot and Salesforce to maintain a clean and efficient database
