Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience coordinating or managing enterprise-grade applications.
  • Solid experience coordinating or working as a business analyst on large, complex projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience using standards and protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, XML, SOAP, and ANT.
  • Knowledge and experience working with mobile platforms including iOS and Android.
  • Good working knowledge of Unix, Java, SQL, and web technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and explain information technology matters in business terms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Networking and facilitation skills.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage medium- and large-scale information technology integration projects involving several teams and applications.
  • Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Interface with internal and external development, quality assurance, and business analyst teams to build and integrate mobile and web applications.
  • Develop project integration plans and provide input to key project processes.
  • Provide general product development and deployment support as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Help the development team debug and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Provide first-level application testing and validation support for mobile applications.
  • Provide first-level platform support to customer teams for mobile application integration issues.
  • Design and maintain technical and project documentation.
