Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in an analytics role within an organization (ideally a high-growth DTC startup)
  • Proven track record of turning raw data into meaningful analysis, presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business
  • Advanced experience with SQL and data visualization or business intelligence tools (Looker)
  • Expertise with media and ecommerce platforms such as Google Analytics, Heap, Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with impeccable attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels within different marketing channels
  • Collaborate with international data and consumer insights teams to drive actionable decisions enabling business growth through customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop strategy, goals and KPIs through the entire marketing funnel from awareness to purchase
  • Create and maintain automated dashboards to enable stakeholders to monitor and understand performance, leveraging Google Sheets, Looker, SQL, etc.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships to become a key thought partner to Marketing and non-Marketing stakeholders
  • Provide guidance to other team members and internal stakeholders on best practices for leveraging data
