- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with providers, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
- Advocate for resident-centered care and quality outcomes.
- RN candidates are preferred to have long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience.
- LPN candidates are preferred to have long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification is preferred.
