Responsibilities
  • Project managing creative requests from various departments
  • Develop and manage marketing calendars for all retail partners
  • Revamping the product packaging process
  • Assist the sample department in receiving, cataloging and organizing product samples
  • Ensure that all creative team members are properly resourced and operating efficiently
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to clarify scope of work, goals, timelines, and priorities
  • Monitor timelines to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of work
  • Provide transparency into project status for relevant parties
  • Facilitate relationships between teams by moving processes forward, planning and assigning resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early
  • Improve and iterate on project management tools and processes within the Creative department
