Plan, coordinate, and execute Catholic religious education programs, including Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, Vacation Bible School, baptismal preparation, and Holy Day events, in alignment with chaplain guidance.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage volunteer teachers and assistants, including maintaining training records and participation tracking.
Coordinate with chapel leadership, staff, and councils; conduct parent meetings; and support youth ministry engagement.
Prepare and submit required deliverables, including weekly activity reports, annual program reviews, after-action reports, and quarterly financial projections.
Develop and submit promotional materials, supply requests, and ministry event proposals 90 days in advance for chaplain approval.
