Requirements
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience with significant production data engineering involving pipelines, storage systems, and data quality at scale.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered and agentic applications in production, including agent frameworks and orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, tool calling, and multi-step workflows.
  • Depth in at least one memory or context storage paradigm, including vector databases, graph databases, or hybrid retrieval architectures.
  • Experience designing evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic systems.
  • Strong Python skills and working fluency with modern data stack tooling for orchestration, streaming, and warehouse or lakehouse systems.
  • Experience with containerized deployment on Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with GPU inference serving and the performance characteristics of large language model workloads.
  • Security-conscious engineering practices for untrusted content flowing into model context.
Responsibilities
  • Build production agentic artificial intelligence systems on AMD Instinct GPU infrastructure, including agent orchestration, tool and function calling, Model Context Protocol integrations, skills frameworks, and streaming inference integration with ROCm-based serving stacks.
  • Design and operate the memory and context data layer for agentic applications, including vector, graph, and relational stores, embedding pipelines, retrieval and context-engineering strategies, and freshness, provenance, and access-control policies.
  • Build the Applied AI team's engagement memory and fleet data infrastructure, ingesting deployment telemetry, incident histories, and field knowledge into structured, queryable, agent-consumable form.
  • Develop and maintain a reusable, versioned, agent-executable skills library with testing and review gates.
  • Build evaluation infrastructure for agentic systems, including regression suites, large language model-as-judge pipelines, behavioral test harnesses, and production quality monitoring.
  • Harden agentic systems against prompt injection through retrieved context and memory stores, data poisoning, and tool-misuse paths.
  • Create reference architectures and open artifacts for agentic workloads, contributing upstream to the open-source agent, serving, and data ecosystem.
  • Partner with customer-facing engineers on live engagements and support production behavior in customer environments.

AMD raises 2030 addressable market forecast to $3T, shares jump 9%

Advanced Micro Devices raised its total addressable market forecast to $2 trillion–$3 trillion by 2030, up from a previous $2 trillion estimate. Intel and AMD break out on server CPU shortage as AI workload shift drives pricing power
