About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Architect to lead our Wireline and OSS application migration efforts. This role will primarily focus on provisioning and activation systems, leveraging your deep understanding of Broadband technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the migration of critical systems to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex migration projects. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement system architectures for Wireline and OSS application migration, focusing on provisioning and activation.
Lead the migration of existing systems to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Develop detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of migrated systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Document system architectures, migration processes, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in system architecture, with a focus on Wireline and OSS applications.
Extensive experience with provisioning and activation systems.
Strong understanding of Broadband technologies and architectures.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex migration projects.
Experience with various operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
