Requirements
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited institution or relevant work experience
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills (English) and demonstrate knowledge of proper grammar and terminology commonly used in business office environments to prepare business analyses
  • Have strong analytical skills

  • Be able to make independent judgments and recommendations with confidence
  • Be capable to proficiently produce work accurately and efficiently

  • Must have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Suite
  • External, client-facing consulting experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
  • Security clearance is a valued asset in your professional portfolio and adds to your credentials
  • Military Background a plus and/or experience working in a Federal Government Environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, as needed, in support of the training process and performing and tracking day-to-day training matters
  • Provide administrative, clerical, and research support for Financial Crimes Enforcement Network program offices
  • Perform Metadata data processing including evaluating analytics publications and developing content metadata so that information can be identified, retrieved, and managed in repositories and delivered over the World Wide Web, SPIRNet, and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System
  • Familiarity with commercial technologies such as Adobe Extensible Metadata Platform (XMP) and existing metadata schemas (Dublin Core Metadata Initiative, Publishing Requirement for Industry Standard Metadata, National Information Exchange Model)
  • Cover Training Support, Print Production, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Operations Management, Facility & Contract Support, and 508 Compliance tasks during the contract
  • Participate in management of work streams that support large, complex FinCEN projects
  • Work with FinCEN personnel to provide metadata data processing and ensure metadata is retrievable and manageable in appropriate systems
Desired Qualifications
  • Military Background a plus and/or experience working in a Federal Government Environment
  • Security clearance is a valued asset
  • Experience with metadata standards such as Dublin Core, PRISM, NIEM
  • Experience with SPIRNet and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System
  • Experience with Adobe XMP and metadata workflows
  • Experience with FOIA processes and training coordination
  • Experience with Print Production and 508 Compliance
  • Experience with training program development and best practices implementation
  • Proven ability to lead teams in ambiguous environments
  • Advanced Excel, Visio, and data analytics tools proficiency
  • External client-facing consulting experience (if not already required)
