Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main client contact, build relationships, understand client needs, and ensure client satisfaction throughout projects.
  • Collaborate with executives, project teams, and client representatives to align goals, expectations, and timelines.
  • Identify scope creep and convert it into formal change orders with impact assessments; manage scope discussions without routinely escalating to leadership.
  • Connect delivery performance to business outcomes, monitor account health, and surface expansion or renewal opportunities to the account executive.
  • Contribute delivery credibility and domain expertise to requests for proposals and new-business proposals.
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation, staffing project teams effectively and balancing workloads across multiple projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project or program risks and resolve issues that could affect success or delivery.
  • Identify technical risks, including capacity, latency, integration gaps, and system dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies before they affect delivery.
