Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic internal communications programs that connect, educate, and inspire Stripe’s revenue and sales organization.
  • Create clear and compelling written communications and produce engaging live events that support the CRO.
  • Partner with the CRO and the Go to Market leadership team to shape content and provide strategic counsel.
  • Embody the Stripe culture and voice in all internal communications while coaching others to become ambassadors for our tone.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Stripe's business model, revenue streams, product ecosystem, and the needs of our sellers to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences. Lead with curiosity to understand the depth and breadth of work across Stripe.
  • Efficiently manage the planning and execution of internal communications programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
