It pursues a value-add strategy—buying properties, renovating, and improving operations to reposition assets and generate solid returns across the U.S. and Latin America with brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. ARLO Residential is a new vertical converting properties into affordable multifamily housing. The company differentiates itself with an integrated investor-operator model and hands-on management of a diversified portfolio of 34+ hotels and 4,800+ rooms, aiming to grow assets under management and deliver steady returns while expanding affordable housing opportunities.
