Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and mentor the BIM Modelers team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and results-oriented environment.
Plan, distribute, and monitor team activities, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to established schedules.
Act as the main interface with internal and external clients by conducting alignment meetings and coordinating and monitoring projects.
Understand and translate client needs into clear directions for the technical team, ensuring correct project execution.
Supervise BIM modeling of conduits, electrical ducts, supports, devices, and other elements according to executive projects.
Ensure the technical quality of models and drawings by reviewing and validating them before delivery.
Coordinate the identification, analysis, and resolution of clashes, project conflicts, and change requests from clients and other disciplines.
Provide technical support to the team in solving complex problems and defining best practices for modeling and documentation.
Develop and implement BIM processes, standards, and methodologies to promote efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality indicators, proposing development and optimization actions when necessary.
Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations, contributing to employees’ technical and professional growth.
Ensure that all deliverables meet contractual requirements, internal standards, and client expectations.
Collaborate with managers, coordinators, and other stakeholders on strategic planning and the evolution of the company's BIM services.
