Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hands-on BIM experience in construction or low-voltage systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, including BIM-based workflows.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technology or construction-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to manage multiple models, revisions, and deadlines accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update BIM models and coordinated drawings for low-voltage systems.
  • Process customer markups, design revisions, and field changes into accurate BIM deliverables.
  • Coordinate BIM updates with customers, project managers, engineers, and field supervisors.
  • Ensure drawings meet project standards, coordination requirements, and installation needs.
  • Support clash coordination and model accuracy as designs evolve.
  • Maintain organized drawing sets and revision control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Experience with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or technology infrastructure.
