  • 5+ years of experience in talent research or full-cycle recruiting
  • Previous experience in a recruiting leadership role is preferred
  • Proficiency in various sourcing tools (Gem, Github, LinkedIn Recruiter) and advanced sourcing skills
  • Demonstrated use of data and metrics to determine search health, shape the team's overall sourcing strategy, and help guide stakeholders in decision-making
  • Ability to manage talent research in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills to interface with leadership
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of talent researchers, setting high standards for research quality, candidate experience, recruiter partnerships, and stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop a standardized, scalable, and data-driven research methodology for each discipline
  • Implement a program to enhance the team's active, passive, and opportunistic sourcing and recruiting capabilities and tracking
  • Establish metrics and methods to assess search performance and ensure delivery satisfaction
  • Compile and analyze data related to talent acquisition efforts, providing regular and ad-hoc reports on key metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and time-to-fill
  • Execute and take ownership of multiple sourcing requisitions in collaboration with stakeholders and recruiting partners
  • Identify industry trends and leverage competitive intelligence to develop innovative, targeted sourcing strategies
  • Serve as an expert on sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Boolean searches, providing training to new recruiters and researchers
