About the job
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with a major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and microservice architectures.
- Experience building and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment in cloud environments.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least one year of software engineering experience.
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications using Python.
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Oversee the deployment of cloud services and ensure compliance with security guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and team collaboration to ensure high-quality code and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with software engineering trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products and ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Contribute to codebases that emphasize object orientation, modularity, and maintainability.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
- Security+ or an equivalent security certification.
