About the company

Ambyint provides software and hardware that optimize upstream oil and gas wells. It integrates with customers’ SCADA systems and analytics tools to monitor performance and automate decisions. The solution collects field data, uses AI and deep data analytics to detect anomalies and adjust controller settings for plunger and rod lift wells, deploying changes through its hardware-software stack for continuous optimization. Its differentiators are standardized SCADA integration, military-grade data security, user-centered design, and lifecycle optimization across lift types, all aimed at raising production while lowering operating costs.

What believers are saying

  • Chord Energy reported 38% lower failures and $1 million labor savings in 2026.
  • ERA funded $4.1 million for methane reduction, extending Ambyint’s Alberta credibility.
  • ROAM-AI partnership opened ESP optimization across U.S. and Canada in October 2025.

What critics are saying

  • Oilfield software budgets tighten if operator spending freezes after 2026 commodity weakness.
  • ROAM-AI, Echometer, and incumbent SCADA vendors can commoditize lift optimization quickly.
  • If Tourmaline and Chord pilots stall, Ambyint becomes a services-led niche vendor.

What makes Ambyint unique

  • 2026 case studies show software-only optimization across 2,500 Chord Energy wells.
  • Ambyint’s InfinityPL and InfinityRL span plunger, rod, gas, and ESP optimization.
  • Calgary HQ, SCADA integration, and Microsoft-era credibility support enterprise energy deployments.
