A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architecture.
At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience reading and drafting architectural layouts.
At least 3-4 years of experience working with facade systems and AutoCAD.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with drawing presentation, elevation presentation, critical dimensioning, view presentations, and parts-list preparation.
Knowledge of concept design with manufacturing feasibility.
Knowledge of material selection, bought-out parts selection, and hardware and fastener selection.
Experience working on multiple-discipline projects and multitasking.
Knowledge of shop-floor activities, including drawing releases and design troubleshooting.
Experience quality-checking engineering drawings, bills of materials, and layouts.
Effective English verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with flexibility and tolerance for change.

Scope and responsibilities:
Prepare detailed customer service drawings, elevations of façade systems
Reviews of contractual documents to determine scope of work and scope change

Required qualifications, skills and experiences:
