Requirements

  • No previous insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided.
  • The opportunity is an independent-contractor role with commission-based, performance-driven compensation and no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments and connect with individuals who requested information about available benefits.
  • Listen to client needs, answer questions professionally, and build long-term relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to existing clients and create a welcoming, personalized client experience.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, including coverage features and available choices.
  • Identify individual and family protection needs, recommend appropriate benefit solutions, and help clients make informed coverage decisions.
  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment, assist with required documentation, conduct policy reviews, and assist with beneficiary updates.
  • Provide appropriate claims-related guidance and support, maintain accurate digital client records, and manage appointments and follow-up schedules.
  • Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements.
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training, mentorship, coaching, meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional education.
  • Work independently from home while maintaining the consistency needed to serve clients and develop the business.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, administration, military service, call centers, client relations, or sales is helpful but not required.
  • Potential to qualify for company-sponsored incentive travel, leadership conferences and conventions, achievement awards, and team recognition is performance-dependent.
