  • Proactiveness to learn and actively look for opportunities to improve the product in innovative ways
  • The penchant to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and patterns and have the ability to critique them
  • Being open to feedback and constructive criticism

About the Company

Workato

Enterprise automation platform for app integration

Workato provides an enterprise automation platform (iPaaS) that helps organizations connect apps and automate workflows. Users build “recipes” with a drag‑and‑drop interface and connectors to apps like Salesforce, Slack, and ServiceNow to enable real‑time data sync and cross‑application process orchestration. It stands out by offering a large library of connectors, governance features, and AI-assisted tools like Workato Copilot that let non‑technical users automate tasks. Its goal is to reduce the IT–business bottleneck and boost operational efficiency and digital transformation, with pricing tied to the number of recipes to scale as usage grows.
