Requirements
  • The candidate should have a background in architecture or civil engineering.
  • Knowledge of INDECI regulations and safety, electrical, and architectural matters is required.
  • Knowledge of budget management is required.
  • Experience managing the renewal of INDECI licenses is required.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the annual General Project for the renewal of ITSE (INDECI) licenses.
  • Control the annual capital expenditure allocated to ITSE license renewals for the office network and headquarters.
  • Coordinate ITSE works and works from other Premises & Services and bank areas across teams to achieve process efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with contractors and design consultants.
  • Track updates to plans in shared folders with the Premises & Services team.
  • Handle additional matters and requests related to property sales and rentals, vacating premises, and other projects.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the leader and promote continuous improvement in the role.
