Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in any major; a pharmaceutical or medical background is required for certain special products.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • During the probationary period, achieve a score of at least 80 on the MRC test administered by the RDPAC and complete the company's onboarding and compliance training and assessments to the required standard.
  • Demonstrate business acumen, problem-solving ability, and customer management capability.
  • Demonstrate learning and application ability, communication and persuasion skills, project management capability, and business planning and execution ability.
  • Show persistence, a drive to achieve success and excellence, and teamwork.
  • Be proficient in Office and similar office software.
  • Apply for a China Merchants Bank corporate card within 60 days of joining.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively execute the company marketing department's strategy and meet or exceed business targets.
  • Classify and manage target customers, plan visit frequency appropriately, and accurately communicate product information during customer visits.
  • Independently organize academic slide presentations in accordance with company compliance requirements and support regional promotional meetings and events.
  • Maintain work-related data in real time to accurately and promptly reflect market conditions.
  • Assist the supervisor with tendering and medical insurance matters, and complete other tasks assigned by the department within the scope of the role.
