  • Current standing as a high school junior, senior or college freshman pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Legal permanent authorization to work in the US. Sponsorship not available now or in the future

  • A demonstrated interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C++, Ladder Logic, etc.)
  • Extracurricular involvement with STEM related activities
  • Demonstrated locality to the greater Milwaukee, WI or Cleveland, OH areas (relocation assistance is not provided)
