At least 7 years of professional experience in backend software development.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET 6 or later, preferably ASP.NET 8 or later, and C#.
Hands-on experience building front-end applications with Angular and TypeScript.
Proven experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and Redis.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines.
Experience writing unit tests using tools such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps workflows.
Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using C# and ASP.NET.
Build and maintain responsive front-end features and components using Angular and TypeScript, integrating them with backend APIs.
Develop and deploy modular, scalable services using microservices patterns.
Build secure and efficient RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal and third-party systems.
Work with PostgreSQL and MSSQL to design schemas, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity.
Deploy and manage services in Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure App Services, Functions, and SQL Database.
Write and maintain unit tests, participate in peer code reviews, and enforce clean code standards and SOLID principles.
Use Redis to cache frequently accessed data and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Implement security best practices across APIs, data handling, and authentication and authorization flows.
Work cross-functionally with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Contribute to architectural discussions, propose enhancements, and reduce technical debt.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Azure Functions and other serverless architectures.
Exposure to other frontend technologies such as React.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
