Responsibilities
Design, build, operate, and iteratively improve the guest stay experience, observing actual guests and revising the experience based on what happens.
Own the entire guest journey from pre-arrival intake through the T+180-day check-in.
Lead the Dreamweaver, Host, and Guest Communications teams that execute the guest-experience design.
Design the wow architecture, including four standardized wows and one creative wow per stay, and build a system that ensures delivery.
Use intake data to personalize stays at scale so that each stay feels hand-built.
Own the AI layer of guest operations and determine where a human touch is needed to preserve warmth.
Design service recovery and determine upstream changes after each failure.
Iterate weekly using review trends, survey data, and on-property observations.
Drive rebooking, loyalty, and enhancement revenue through improved guest-experience design.

We're looking for ONE person to design how a Bolt Farm stay works, then build it and run it live.
This is not a strategy role. It is not consulting. It is not a seat where you produce a deck and someone else executes it. You design it, you build it, you watch real couples use it on Saturday night, and you rewrite it Monday.
